1. Contract Charges

 

1.1. The charges quoted to the Client upon initial agreement are fixed until April 1, 2024. Notwithstanding the foregoing, prices for hygiene and consumable items are subject to fluctuations due to supplier costs. Consequently, any such increases will be duly passed on to the Client.

 

2. Invoice Terms

 

2.1. Invoices are issued on the first day of each month for services rendered by Spruse Cleaning Services. Payment for these invoices must be received within 30 days from the date of invoice issuance.

 

2.2. In the event that an invoice remains unpaid for 30 days beyond its due date, Spruse Cleaning Services reserves the right to terminate the service agreement forthwith. Such termination shall not prejudice the right of Spruse Cleaning Services to recover any outstanding charges, inclusive of any costs associated with debt recovery.

 

2.3. All prices quoted and invoiced by Spruse Cleaning Services are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).

 

3. Termination

 

3.1. Either the Client or Spruse Cleaning Services may terminate this agreement by providing one month's written notice to the other party. This clause underscores our dedication to client satisfaction and the importance of regular service evaluation.

 

4. Public Holidays

 

4.1. Please note that Spruse Cleaning Services does not provide cleaning services on Public Holidays.

 

5. Materials and Machinery

 

5.1. Spruse Cleaning Services will provide all necessary equipment, chemicals, and materials required to complete the cleaning tasks as agreed upon in the service agreement.

 

6. Security

 

6.1. Spruse Cleaning Services commits to ensuring that all its employees adhere to relevant security procedures regarding the Client’s premises. Our employees will be identifiable by company uniforms during their service. The Client is required to provide two sets of keys and/or access passes to facilitate entry to the premises as needed.

 

7. Government Legislation

 

7.1. The pricing outlined in this contract reflects current costs associated with wages, statutory contributions, and materials. Should there be any legislative changes that impact these costs, Spruse Cleaning Services reserves the right to renegotiate the contract terms to reflect these changes.
